You've heard of coffee with a cop, but have you heard of frappaccino with a firefighter?
Safeway in Helena welcomed folks young and old, to the Starbucks inside the store on Friday for an opportunity to meet with local volunteer firefighters.
For just $5.00, you could get a coffee drink, any pastry, and enjoy the company of a local hero.
The event was organized by Safeway Store Manager Eric Dowell with the main goal of encouraging folks to learn what volunteer fire fighters do, and how they can get involved as volunteers.
MTN spoke to York Fire Department Chief, John Naylor, who said they're always looking for volunteers to join their team!
